有人知道吗？《我主风云》

前“HVD一姐”陈美娥重振旗鼓，召集HVD前艺人再聚首，伙拍台湾金牌编剧郑文华的年度力作《我主风云-天算不如人算》，誓要重拾90年代大马电视圈盛况！
9月26日经以在304家娱频道了。。。我还记得在当年HVD出现前，我们那个年代的都是港剧养大的。
还记得第一次看的马来西亚中文连戏剧是一部搞笑的连戏剧，演员有HVD一姐之称的陈美娥还有其他早期第一批的训练班演员。演技，录影真的是麻麻地。 但是当时还是每一集都会去收看。
因为那是当时唯一一出马来西亚制作的中文连戏剧。

林秋燕，陈美娥，温绍平，还有大哥江家荣。。这些久违了的“上一代”演员，说真的有点期待这一部戏。。。最近看了几集，六个字形容（有看这部戏都知道，他们喜欢烂用“金句“） 雷声大，雨点小。很是失望，超级失望。我看到的是叶丽仪粗壮肥大的手臂，陈美娥日渐下垂的眼窝，黄志强惨不忍睹的中年发线。 这还不是最大的败笔，我主风云真的是受到了溏心风暴的荼毒，五个句子中有四句都强硬的用上了所谓的”金句“，真是不知所谓，九不搭八，简直是耻辱。跟大家分享几个：
-有一句话，边个赢佐就派红包，输佐就打包。
-我黄凯明不是没输过，是没惊过，
-是吗？跟我斗。就是跟鬼拿药方，死定！
-我赠你一句话，得绕人处且饶人。。。

这些对白都是同一个shot,围绕着两家的当家间的对话。这种长脚布的对白，谁能受得了？
受不了还是偶尔看一下，不然哪里有得笑，有得骂呢？

Green Computing

do you know how much power did it use?
I noticed today that a few of my colleagues had leave their PC monitors ON when they are going on vacation for more than A week..They really need to know of green computing. So, what is green computing?? Answer: the practice of using computing resources efficiently. In a world where computers are everywhere, and environmental concerns are growing by the day, we need to consider how we can build, use and dispose of computers in a manner that's conducive to the health of the environment.

According to the statistics from Columbia University, A typical monitor left on 24/7 for one year, will consume a whopping 874 kWh of electricity - enough to release 750 lbs. of CO2 into the atmosphere — equivalent of driving 820 miles in an average car!! Left on overnight, it wastes enough energy to laser print 800 A4 pages!! No harm will come from shutting your computer down when it is not needed.

So Please, Switch Off Your Computers/Monitors When You're Not Using It

There is nothing special about this date,
I just want to jote a few things down...

1.We have decided to withdraw all $$$$ from EPF to help with the house renovation. I will then open an OCBC account, and put a portion of EPF money in. We will treat this money as monthly withdrawal to reduce our monthly burden...GOOD idea eh?

2. I am thinking to give Din a surprise by getting the 09 F1 Grand Prix ticket.. only the C2 hillstand covered one la.. RM160 for 1. But...(always a but, I hate but), it is gonna fall on Apr 5th, which is 1 day after Qing Ming Festival, den how? No need to go back Kijal? I'd leave this first... *_*

3. I have decided to go back Penang for CNY 09. Will then fly from Penang to Kuantan on the second day. Via fireflies by MAS, RM136, cheap cheap.

4. Akmal they all had drafted a petition against the recent relocation decision made by management. We will have to wait for the mgmt decision now.. again, wait wait wait...

5. My colleague, Fairuz and Edura are getting married next month, what a surprise, and I am invited...

These are more or less the things happen today. 2 days before Hari Raya.. the office is quiet, and the boss is on holiday mood as well. What about me?

This is my old "mudflap" ( I look all over the place for this word, I didnt know this 香蕉叶in english is mudflap before. Now I know. hee hee...Rm75 ler.. so darn expensive.. no more shopping this weekend liao...hu hu hu hu..

Woman Friends

I choose to think of friend as a very strong word, I must admit. I learned that a friend is someone I trust to be with me when I am at my weakest and most vulnerable. And they are people who, no matter how painful it is to see, are willing to be with me when I am so helpless and weak. Friendship is not a state of mind, it’s an act. It’s something you do.

When two women, an unmarried and married one become friends, they can be the best shopping mates, they can talk about fashions, hobbies, gossips.. but it is hard to touch on family matters. The problems they faced are not the same, one would complain on hubby, in laws, kids, kitchen, another would be bored to death on those issues.

While when 2 unmarried women are friends, they can giggle like nobody business over unconnected things, but when one of them is aimed at getting married and starts hunting for a man, it can put up a blocks in the relationship almost immediately.

I must confess that I dont have much faith in woman's relationship, being let down by my two good friends in the past make the situation worst. Over endless cups of tea, we talked bout hopes and disappointment... However, I am still being used, backstabbed, and betrayed. I cried lots of time because of them, I was feeling down because of them. But I have get over it now, Please loh, without them, I will have a better life!

I now have a couple of girlfriends that I talk to on a day to day basis, they are superb, and I love them a lot. I promise that I'll always cherish the friendship and warmth I shared with them, and hopefully, I will not be hurt no more.......

我怕貓......

我很怕猫....

以前看过一只野猫突然从公用垃圾桶跳出來

吓死我了 我狂叫了10几秒 后來就有了猫恐惧症

每次回家 只要前方有猫出现 我就会停下来 等它离开了我才走...

每次看到家的后院总是一堆野猫在晒太阳就觉得好恐怖.....

反正我很怕貓

又一次 我突然 跟一只野猫对峙..... 我跟它对看 大眼瞪小眼..

后來发现它慢慢的要往我这边走來..(好可怕)

但是后來他跟另一只走了......

而且我好怕那种超瘦的猫　， 肥一點我感觉比较沒那么恐惧...

偏偏野猫都很瘦...我看了更怕...快哭了


但是我很喜欢狗

Today is another day....why i am still awake and feeling bored?
When can I end all this S***. OPps! Sorry.
This is out of my comprehension, I hate job-hopping to death.. the reason for leaving GE..err PII to be more precise is well, self-explanatory.. that guy, the HGM guy, I just had enough of him..
And now I am here, oh Well, a whole new Worley Parsons since April 15th 2008. OKAY How do I find RWP?

April, May, June, July, Aug and now Sept.. What am I doing here? Wasting my life in RWP?
Boss said: Nah nah nah.. your free time will end soon, try doing some technical reading in between.
Ok, fine. What?! Technical reading and self-study for 4 whole weeks, 40hours * 4=160hours * 3o people =4800 self study hours..for the past 4 weeks. THIS IS THE FACT.

The question now is : Stay or Go. If go, where to?
Arrrrggghhhhhh... Life is full of challenges, I know. I must taken it on the chin.

I feel calm, and quite relief now ( thank to my BLOG muak*2) ..Phew... perhaps.. hmm, perhaps my problem is not that big after all...I just need to wait a little longer.. we are moving to a better place, with better capability, I am waiting...patiently..

来个华语“博”
不明白什么有人会把Blog翻译成“博”？？Blog=博？ 九不搭八的。。还是比较喜欢部落格，比较有格调的样子。才配得起我的《一点相思》嘛。*=* *blushed*

比起英文小说，我还是比较爱看华文书。看的书都是受妈妈影响的，比较小一点的时候有看倪匡叔叔的卫斯理科幻故事，还有我的最爱木兰花系列。也看余过的鬼故事哦~~~~~大了一点，开始憧憬爱情，看起亦舒的爱情小说来了。。说起来，亦舒的小说我全部都有收藏哦，有可能就是这样，造就了我这种自爱自立为本得性格。 ：-）很喜欢她的作品，语言风格也很有特色，泼辣、尖刻、和逼真。 至今亦舒拥有261本小说杂文了呢！
亦舒走红的时候琼瑶也在走红，于是人家说；“香港有亦舒，台湾有琼瑶”， 所以间中我也偷看岑凯伦，琼瑶拖泥带水式的苦情小说的。妈妈不是很喜欢，但是也耐我不何！
到真的懂事了之后，就爱上了张小娴的散文， 她的小说也很不错。还有永远的一个最爱--〉老澜，蔡澜是也。喜欢他不修边幅的写作方式，豁达性格，还有他分享的美食和旅游的经验。。。。

Fear of Pregnancy

Attended a few wedding dinners recently.. to my surprise, many married couple at our age is either on their way to become parents or already had kids... :```
Din is making noise again.. he loves kids soo much but I am not that "keen"... luckily he still willing to "do it" according to my set date, phew! thank God.
I am afraid of pregnancy. My fear is really strong.
I am a little bit fearful of the labor part of it all only because I have heard many horror stories about it. But I also always heard that it was all worth it in the long run.

I am really scared about how I am going to feel while pregnant. I am planning on continuing to work when pregnant. It may sound really silly but I am concerned about morning sickness and me feeling sick and all that other yucky stuff. I am worried about being careful and not doing anything to hurt a baby if I were pregnant. And I think I am nervous about my body going through all those changes it goes through. It may be because I think I may not be able to handle it; the pregnancy, the birth, etc.

Sigh.. so how now? God bless please.....

My first Blog!!

My first ever blog!!
My brother has been blogging for quite some time, he is great in this kinda thing! Ho ho. Even my mum has a blog of her own I heard. I am just lazy, not in the mood all of the time, but ( there is always a but) finally, finally, I was inspired by my kampong fren Desmond Lim!! Dang Dang.. after viewing his blog this morning, I decided it is time for me to make the very first step...
I can share almost everything in my blog, right? Me happy, me satisfied, me sad, me angry, me upset, and if somebody piss me off, I can tear them apart here, hee hee!!! Got no expectation for this blog... I just need a space to release my feeling.... Shh.... Dont let Din know please.
